Use MiniMax H3 for storyboard and visual pitch previews

A MiniMax H3 storyboard preview can turn keyframes and a creative brief into a short motion proposal. It helps directors, clients, and editors discuss camera direction, transition order, timing, and sound before committing to a final production path. The preview is most useful when its open questions are documented rather than hidden behind polished imagery.

First/last-frame and Omni Reference provide different ways to anchor the movement.

Supplied H3 demonstration: character identity and storyboard references are combined into a motion preview.

Prepare decision-ready boards

Choose frames that define composition, character placement, and important props. Remove contradictory alternates from the active set. Label each board by sequence position and state what may change between them.

Use first/last-frame mode when the shot must travel between two visual anchors. Use Omni Reference when separate images define characters, setting, style, or products and a video or audio clip adds motion or rhythm.

Write the missing motion

Describe how the camera and subjects connect the boards. Include entry direction, gesture, speed changes, transition type, and the intended final hold. If several shots appear, state the cut order and what motivates each cut.

Add a lean sound plan: room tone, one spoken line, a transition accent, or a music pulse. Native stereo output makes audio part of the pitch, but temporary sound should be labeled as direction rather than final clearance.

Turn review into decisions

Ask specific questions. Is the camera path understandable? Does the product appear early enough? Can the audience follow the character? Is the ending frame usable? Record accepted timing and unresolved identity or continuity issues.

Do not present the generated preview as proof that a live-action setup, game mechanic, or product behavior is feasible. It is a communication artifact for the intended shot.

Frequently asked questions

Can H3 animate between two storyboard frames?

First/last-frame mode accepts up to two images and is designed around frame anchors.

Can I add motion and audio references?

Omni Reference supports mixed images, video, and audio within its file and duration limits.

Is the preview a final production asset?

It can inform production, but teams should separately approve rights, accuracy, continuity, sound, and delivery requirements.

Bring the selected boards, missing motion, sound direction, and review questions into ArtArch, then use the H3 result to make concrete shot decisions.
